A genuine Caucasian seasoning with a rich aroma and pungent taste. It has a pronounced spiciness thanks to the combination of red pepper, garlic and tomato paste. Ideal for kebabs, meat, fish, grilled vegetables and soups.
Colour
Rich red with an orange tint.
Taste
Very sharp, pungent, with a pronounced aroma of pepper and garlic.
Smell
Spicy, sharp, rich, characteristic of adjika with natural spices.
Consistency
Homogeneous, thick, uniform, with noticeable small pieces of pepper and garlic.
Adjika “Hot” pasteurised.
Ingredients: tomato paste, hot red pepper, sweet red pepper, sugar, table salt, dried garlic, vegetable oil, spirit vinegar, spices, natural pepper flavouring, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
May contain traces of mustard, celery, egg and dairy products.
Preservation method: pasteurised with the addition of preservatives.
Mass fraction of soluble dry substances: not less than 28%.
