Pasteurised “Provence” mayonnaise sauce.
Ingredients: drinking water, refined deodorised vegetable oil — 15%, sugar, table salt, modified starch, dry egg white, citric acid, spirit vinegar, natural “Mayonnaise” flavouring, stabilisers: xanthan gum, guar gum; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, natural colouring β-carotene.
May contain traces of mustard, celery, milk proteins.
Preservation method: pasteurisation with the addition of preservatives.
Fat content: 15%.
